Cancellation and Refund Policy

Trial
New paid workspaces may use the advertised trial period before the first recurring charge, subject to the checkout terms shown by the billing provider.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the Billing page. Unless the billing provider states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues through the already-paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact Support with the workspace email and transaction details. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the billing provider rules.
