Terms of Service

1. Service
SupplyMirror monitors product pages that you choose, records observed price and stock information, sends alerts, and may perform store actions that you explicitly configure. Monitoring results depend on third-party websites and are not guaranteed to be continuously available or error-free.
2. Your accounts and sources
You must have the right to access every supplier page, store account, credential, and integration you connect. You may not use SupplyMirror to bypass access controls, misuse third-party services, or monitor content unlawfully.
3. Automation and merchant responsibility
Store automation is optional. You remain responsible for prices, inventory, tax, fulfillment, customer promises, and the commercial consequences of automated changes. SupplyMirror uses safety checks and verification, but you should configure limits that match your business.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout until canceled. Plan limits apply to monitored sources, store connections, seats, and monitoring frequency. If payment becomes past due, store writes may be paused while account data remains available for a reasonable recovery period.
5. Availability and third-party services
Supplier sites, Shopify, WooCommerce, payment providers, email providers, and other external services are outside SupplyMirror control. Changes, outages, CAPTCHA, authentication requirements, rate limits, or account restrictions at those services may interrupt features.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack systems, evade security controls, scrape prohibited private data, distribute malware, impersonate others, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that every supplier observation or automated decision will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date. Contact details are published on the Support page.
